Fender's Settings
Below are the tone settings that came with the original user manual. Every once in a while someone will ask about them, so here they are. People have complained that the settings are "ridiculous," and they are if you try playing at the volumes that Fender recommends. Just try turning down the volume and see how you like it.

Here's how I set my EQ, as well as a few other people. I think these are good starting points but you need to learn how to tweak yourself to get the best sound possible. Sometimes having someone else play through your gear helps.
